Adnams has announced it has agreed a new partnership with Hogans Cider . The agreement gives the Southwold brewer exclusive distribution and sales rights of the Worcestershire produced cider. The 4.5pc abv cider is a premium cider made from 100 per cent fresh pressed English cider apples. Allen Hogan originally began brewing the cider as a hobby but developed it into a business in 2005 as they learned of the demand for a natural cider.
Adnams already work alongside Aspall Cyder, which will continue to feature in its cider range. The partnership with Hogan’s Cider would help the brewer to secure a portfolio of premium brands, revealed Adnams Sales Director Rob Flanagan.
Mr Flanagan said Adnams were confident that Hogan’s Cider would prove a popular drink among pub goers, claiming it will appeal because of its simple, natural approach and that it will satisfy customers’ desire for a refreshing drink.
Allen Hogan declared their delight at establishing the partnership, lauding Adnams reputation as a regional brewer willing to push the boundaries of what is typically expected. Allen Hogan also voiced their belief that Adnams’ customer base would be highly suitable to the product they have to offer.
