Free Damm is made with the same ingredients we use to make alcoholic version. They add yeast and allow the fermentation process to produce alcohol in the natural way. – Estrella Damm Free is a non-alcoholic. All the good things from Estrella are retained and it’s perfect for a summer’s day. It is made to the same recipe as standard Estrella Damm, removing the alcohol through a ‘vacuum distillation’ process. Expect a flavoursome drink, without the tell tale signs that it’s booze-free.
