A reimagining of the Australian classic, Coopers Original Pale Ale.
Brewed with the finest 2-row barley, hops and specially selected yeast, this beer reveals fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness and compelling flavour perfect for every occasion.
The Coopers range of kits are top quality, although they really benefit from the addition of either brewing sugar, beer enhancer or malt extract (dried or liquid) instead of sugar. For absolutely best results, we recommend using Coopers’ own 1.5kg Malt Extract cans. There are 4 different malts in the range, and we recommend light malt for lagers, amber malt for bitters, dark malt for stouts & porters and wheat malt for wheat beer.

The quality of the brew will improve with the more malt and less sugar used. Any combination (mixture) of the above is fine.
