Serve chilled, start by pouring cold Guinness Draught into glass, then apply a droplet of water to Surger plate. Place glass on Surger plate, then finally press the button and watch it settle.

Served Chilled.
1) Pour cold Guinness Draught into glass.
2) Pour water droplet on Surger plate.
3) Place glass on Surger plate.
4) Press button and watch it settle.
