Hiver’s fresh and natural European Beer Star Gold medal winner is a dry, crisp and refreshing blonde beer that has been brewed with a touch of honey. A flavoursome and easy-drinking beer with medium body and low bitterness Honey adds a creamy mouthfeel and it’s the crisp, refreshing taste of Hiver and our sustainable approach to brewing great beer that makes it feel like Summer all year long!
Our brand was born out of an admiration for London’s urban beekeepers and a passion for craft beer. We only use British ingredients and suppliers and ferment with raw honey to product our range, which offers a great interpretation of this fantastic beer style. Honey and beer, what’s not to love?
CRAFT BEER KEG: A fresh and natural craft beer, our blonde beer is dry, crisp and refreshing and has been brewed with a touch of honey making it flavoursome and easy-drinking, with a medium body and low bitterness. The mini 5 litre party keg is easy to carry and chill in the fridge.
HONEY BLONDE: We use honey as an ingredient, traditional to this beer style, rather than as an additive, meaning that much of the sugar is fermented out so only the aroma and flavour remain. Hiver sources raw honey from independent British beekeepers. Beekeepers say that good quality honey should not be pasteurised, the same way that brewers talk about good quality beer.
AWARD-WINNING: We’re proud winners of both the European Beer Star Gold and World Beer Gold Awards for our flagship Blonde Beer.
MADE IN THE UK: Hiver Beers are sustainably produced using only British ingredients and suppliers. Our ethos of sourcing ‘all-British’ became as important as the strive for a natural and quality driven brew and so Hiver will always go the extra mile to make sure that all our suppliers are British too.
FOOD PAIRING: A great craft beer for both beer and food matching, works especially well with salty meats, sheep’s cheeses and dishes like lemon chicken roast, pork belly and a grilled cheese sandwich.
